I love it

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, KS Written on June 30, 2013
I put it on a 30-30 Win Pistol and it held up to the recoil just fine. I also like how well it works in low light. Seems like it is really well built. Way better glass than my 2x Burris handgun scope. Next best thing to a Leupold. ...

Hi Power Imaging

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on February 17, 2013
When on higher powers there is a ghost around the edges as though I am seeing the inside of scope. Very clear at mid and low power. I wonder if I should of paid $50 more and have gotten a Nikon?
However, I have no idea if Nikon does the same or not....

Weaver Handgun Scopes 2.5-8x28

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, FL Written on August 18, 2011
I purchased two weaver 2.5-8x28 handgun scopes for my Thompson Center Contender in 30-30 Win & 223 Rem. I couldn't be happier. They have both performed flawlessly so far. I have shot 50 rounds through my 30-30 & over a 100 rounds through my 223. The clarity is perfect and the eye relief is outstanding even though it will get a little shorter at the higher up variable. These scopes have held zero so far. Make sure you use good quality rings & bases. Don't skimp
Pros: Clarity & Great eye relief

WEAVER 2.5-8X HANDGUN SCOPE

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, WA Written on March 8, 2010
This is an excellent scope for the money. The optics are bright and cross hairs are very fine yet easy to see. The only real problem is objects are a little blurry on 6-8 power if they are closer than 20 yards. Eye alignment is critical at high magnification.
Pros: EXCELLENT VALUE, BRIGHT OPTICS, HIGH MAGNIFICATION
Cons: CRITICAL EYE ALIGNMENT AT HIGHER MAGNIFICATION, OBJECTS ALITTLE BLURRY CLOSER THAN 20YARDS ON 6-8 POWER...
