Kaspa zcirt 1.5-6

great scope for an AR great from in close (minimal mechanical offset) out to about 300 yards - is grouping at about 1.5 inches at 100 yards from the bench on my 10 inch ar on burris pepr mount. Holds a zero without issue.
love the locking turret adjustments - the reticle, the ZCIRT, is supposed to be "zombie" themed, but is not cheesy or noticeably zombie related (it comes with a sheet of some zombie stickers and has a green biohazard logo about an inch around on the tube) - the illumination does not show in regular day light, it shows as black - which is fine, it doesn't effect accuracy or function - at night and indoors it is visible in green - if you activate a tac-light while in night mode it does not wash out, but the reticle does turn back to the black color.
The glass is clear and is equal to higher end scopes at a fraction of the cost - the adjustment dial for zoom is hard to turn quickly without a cat tail / speed lever - I bought a plastic universal one from brownells and still had to mod it to fit, but it works great - would still love to know of any aluminum levers that would factory fit....
Best Used for:
  • AR15
  • Tactical weapon systems
  • fun
  • Mid range weapon systems

Weaver Kaspa-Z Scope

by Mike, from United States, CA Written on October 16, 2014
This is a very well made scope. I found it easy to zero and very accurate when mounted to an AR-15 rifle. It also comes with scope covers which are easy to use and very handy. I also like the 30 MM tube since it provides a wide field of view. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a fun, easy to use scope for an AR-15 platform....

Z-Cirt Weaver / Kaspa scope

Glass was very clear even out to the 6X, the reticle works perfect, and in low light conditions the green is very visible( The whole reticle lights up). In bright sunlight the reticle is not visible when green is turned on. Windage and Elevation clicks worked perfect and were easy to use, pull up on the knobs, turn on the new adjustment push cap back down, and they stay locked there. The 1.5 to 6 adjustment knob worked very smoothly. Used it in a rifle course on top of my M4, from 5 yards to just over 100 yards, shot over 700 rounds in 2 days, never lost zero. I would definitely recommend for anything 100 yards or less. You definitely need a set of high mounts or risers in order to get a great cheek weld, I have since put them on and it is much easier, during the class I had a set of low mounts on, and it worked well, but I kept needing to adjust my eye relief once I put shooting glasses on.
Pros: Great value for the price
Cons: Scope covers are cheap and do not stay on scope well...

Interesting Fun Inexpensive

Nice scope for the money, Good value, makes a good scope for a truck/tractor gun doing work around the farm, or on the back of a 4 wheeler camping, You don't cringe at ever little scrape and ding that happens when the gun Is used as a utility weapon. The reticle is very usable out to 600 on targets the size of chucks. Like it as a ram around sight on my AR.
Pros: Solid build, Nice reticle, Good Glass for the money,
Cons: Illumination to bright at lowest setting for night work, Visiable through the front of scope....

A soild scope for the price

Purchased this for my custom Mega arms AR 308 rifle. I was short on cash after the rifle build and needed something that would work.
I wanted a 1-6 simply becuase I di not plan on shotting past 600yrds and I also wanted a reticle was not cluttered and had a dot center. This scope fit that bill.
The scope has proved to be a sold investment, I mean for the price you just cant go wrong.
The glass is actually pretty good considering the price range. Not Leupold of Nightforce good, nor did i expect that, but good and usable.
The scope adjustment are pretty crsip as well and i like the lift to adjust locking turrets.
The eye box is not huge, but once you have it set, it is easy to get a good site picture. The eye relief is average as well.
All in all, a great scope for the money and usalble, no problems so far. This scope has made me thing about seriously puraching one of Weavers high end tactical units.
Pros: Good features, solid build.
Cons: glass is not extrodinary...
