This is a GREAT" VERY Clear Scope" It`s I think a very good chouse for a good 22 rim. fire rifle .the eye releaf set-up is Perfict! I have three of these.... Two on 22 rimmies and also have one (Silver) set up on LOW" mount`s and an XP Base on my 1894/SS , 44 Maguam rifle. The 28mm.obj.and low mount set-up is an Excelent on that rifle . I haven`t fired it with the set up on it yet and don`t know how the scope will hold up under the recoil of the 44 Mag, but expect it will be just fine. I will be using this as a Deer and Hog Rifle @ 75 too 100 yards . I hope the scope will be indestrucable on that rifle because I Love the set - up .
