I bought these, then later started worrying they would not fit my face, because most wrap styles I find in stores are too large. So I called Optics Planet and asked them if the size would be okay. I wore them today on an 80-kilometer bike ride in the mountains. Yay, sunglasses! Totally happy with the frame quality and prescription lenses. These deserve their five stars. If you're looking for size comparison: I am female, athletic, and my face is 5 inches wide. I am happy with them and the wrap arms keep them in place, but I can see how they might fit even better on a slightly wider face. If my head were narrower, I would not choose these.

These glasses have ridges on the rubberized arms that grip very well, not much of a chance for slipping off your head while looking down. They do come with a clever goggle strap that clips into the frame arms (as opposed to the neck leash that uses O - rings, it comes with those too). The goggle strap secures them very well, but I can only think someone would use that in high wind conditions, motorcycling or maybe skiing. Normall I just reley on the grip of the arms and they stay very secure. My pair have Rx transition lenses, which do not get as dark as I would like, but they do turn very clear out of sunlight. All in all a very rugged item and great eye protection for the money.

Cons:  Scratch easily without any protective coatings
