Even though the rifle stock is nylon and hollow after drilling only about a quarter of an inch the wood screw swivels worked great and they stay in place with a little epoxy. I am pretty brutal on a gun and these swivels can take it. This was my first time installing swivels and I had the job completed in about 15 minutes following the supplied instructions. These are great swivels and their price is extremely reasonable. The staff at OpticsPlantet recommended these to me and they worked perfectly.
