Was looking forward to using this to help spy on nighttime critters in my area, but the mic really only works to amplify noise AT THE MIC! No directional ability that I could tell, just a lot of scratchy noise from amplifying the sound of the user manipulating the device. Really no good at all, which is a disappointment considering all the other Yukon gear I have works great. Do NOT recommend.
