this is a great scope. my purpose is for bullseye shooting. Although it is too large for my particular range box, it is so easy to take on and off the slide mount that I would not trade it for any other. The angle eye piece helps make it easy for spotting.
Pros: easy to operate
Cons: too large for my range box...

Amazing optics quality, but poor construction.

I bought this Scope as my first one, and I realy enjoyed it. The definition is great, the brightness is great across the entire zoom range, it's a extremely light spotting scope, easy to carry around and smooth focus. BUT!
Someday the eyepiece just broke.
I was in the field, and I was trying to focus a bird above a tree. The focus wasn't working well, then I realized that the zoom was at it's maximum range, what make the "chase" for the bird quite harder. When I turned the zoom ring down the Eyepiece simply broke off in my hand. I got desperate and tryed to attach it again, when I realized that the plastic right in the conection of the Eyepiece to the Scope Body was completely Broken. Some small pieces got loose and they scratched the prism. In fact, the scope was unusable. I got very frustrated that quite a nice and efficient spotting scope, simply broke without a reason, since I never droped it. After a week I was looking for a new spotting scope and found a review where the person was talking about the Yukon Firefall 15-45x60 and had the same problem with the Eyepiece. Those Yukon Spotting Scopes are great, but look like it's a timebomb until the Eyepiece "fall apart". I realy hope that Yukon manage to solve this problem on their Scopes as soon as they can. If the Yukon Scopes were stronger, they could easily match up with famous and more expensive brands.
Pros: Awesome optical definition
Cons: Fragile (almost a timebomb)...

Lens Cap

Lens cap does not screw on or snap on. Keeps falling off and will more than likely get lost. Not a good thing not to be able to protect the lens....
