Sightmark site

by Gary, from United States, TX Written on November 12, 2014
So far the device works well. I am about to take it to my indoor range and really fine tune it.

The device is mounted on a Berretta Storm 9mm.

If it does what I predict it will, I will purchase another one for a .45 carbine....

Do You Need Reading Glasses

by Bob, from United States, NY Written on November 3, 2014
If you can not see the sites and the target at the same time, this is a great alternative to a scope. Especially good for handgun shooting. I can no longer keep in focus both a set of sites and a target at range. A scope is one alternative, but I prefer to not have scopes on most of my pistols. This allows me to have the ability to shoot without the bulk. The use of Standard Weaver Type mounts is a real plus too. No special purchase mounts are needed....

Good Sight, but a little tough to adjust.

by Hattrix, from United States, KS Written on October 21, 2014
This sight is nice and clear and the dot even shows up well in bright sunlight. I have this on a 45-70 double rifle, so we will see how it holds up. So far so good for about 100 rnds. The adjustments are a little mushy with no real definite clicks. For the price I would buy another one....
Pros:
  • easy installation
  • Clear, bright optics
  • Price,
Cons:
  • adjustments

As advertised

by Talkischeap, from United States, NC Written on August 30, 2014
Delivery was prompt and easy to track. I got exactly what I ordered. I put this on a ruger 10/22 (with blue loctite). 200 rounds later it was still zeroed. You can buy a sheet of 20 batteries for about $9. Feeling good about this one....

Outstanding for the Price

by Tom K, from United States, AZ Written on July 30, 2014
Works as advertised. Clear 1 mil dot doesn't obstruct target, 7 brightness settings, 4 different reticles. Works fine on my 10/22. Will try it on a 16" lever rifle in .357 cal. Should be a nice fit for a short range rifle. I recommend this item. For $45, what's Not to like....

Wrong Pictures

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on January 22, 2014
When looking at the pictures where it says dovetail it is actually showing the non-dovetail mount. I thought they simply said dovetail but meant weaver/picatinny. These will not fit on weaver or picatinny rails.
Pros: excellent brightness, easy to use and set up
Cons: difficult to turn on and adjust brightness. Very easy to change image. Swapping these features would be great....

Great, but with a minor flaw...

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on September 26, 2013
I put this great little site on a HW40, and it works very well. The reticles are all useable, look like they are supposed to, and are bright. The only downside is that under 15 yards there is still some parallax present.
Pros: Multiple reticles, light, bright, easy to use
Cons: Parallax still present at under 15 yards...

Sm13003B

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on August 25, 2013
Taken a while to zero this sight in, but finally got there, only to find I needed to make a few adjustments on the elevation, and god damn it the elevation screw is broken. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement screw, as I do like this sight....
