Demo Sight Tri Duty AT5R on Colt AR-15

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on April 14, 2013
I have it on a Colt AR-15 W/tri rail on stock handguard. My pkg. did not have the P.S. so contacted cust serv. They refered it to another dept and I heard nothing for almost a month. The factory sent me the part directly, same day OP sent an RA#? Buy new & save the headache.
Pros: Nice pressure switch, visible in low light.
Cons: Mount offset, had to wait for pressure switch(not in pkg)...

Best AR laser

This is an amazing laser for the AR platform. Replaced a sig laser, this unit mounts stronger with no movement with incomparable brightness and distance even in low light situations, amazing distance in complete darkness
Pros: Super bright, sturdy, great mount...

Excellent low cost laser

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, TX Written on February 18, 2013
I have bought 2 of these. The first one when I was twisting off the battery cover the center section was turning before I noticed it. I broke the wire from battery compartment base to laser circuitry. Luckily I was was able to add some length to wire and resolder. After that no issuses. So be careful to not let center section turn. Laser adjusted well counter to what some reviewers have said; there is just not an endless range of adjustment. Originally I mounted on a side rail and wasn't able to fully adjust; moved to center rail and adjusted easily.
Pros: Low cost, bright, dot size at 125 yards about 1.5 inches
Cons: removing battery cover can break wire to internals...

Sightmark SM13033K red laser sight

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, NC Written on August 29, 2010
I purchased this laser to use on my crossbow and my .30-06 for shooting at dawn/dusk. The offset mount provided isn't offset enough to sit next to any scope including my 4x32mm on my crossbow. I ended up ordering the cheap NcStar scope mount which I would recommend. The laser is plenty bright however when I was zeroing it in the beam actually split into two. Completely lost zero with each shot from crossbow which was evident by looking through scope. Sending it back.
Pros: can see a long way at night
Cons: wont hold zero, more than one dot...
