The ASTELE™ 102MN OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) is a Maksutov Newtonian with a built-in finder (US Patent pending). The finder objective lens is attached to the telescope's meniscus corrector by a ultra-precision rotating housing. This housing allows rotation between the telescope and the finder. Whatever eyepiece you're using at the time is your finder eyepiece. So, you can have a low-power finder or a high-power finder depending on which eyepiece you have in the ASTELE™ 102MN OTA. When you want to view through the telescope, you rotate the housing 180 , and vice versa for the finder....
