For use with CGE Series(supplied standard), Advanced Series, NexStar Series, Celestron Telescope Car Battery Adapter-18769 allows you to power you telescope directly via the car cigarette lighter, or Celestron's PowerTank receptacle. Not for use with the basic Celestar 8, C5+, C8+, or Ultima 9/11 telescopes
