Norprene A-60-G is a thermoplastic elastomer black tubing which will not weaken or crack after years of aging, heat, or ozone.

Chemical compatibility approaches that of fluoroelastomer and silicone tubings. Resistant to ammonia, bleach, brake fluid, bromine, chlorine, essential oils, ethylene glycol, formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, iodine, methanol, nitric acid (10%) plating solutions, soap solutions, sodium hydroxide (to medium concentrations), and sulfuric acid (to medium concentrations).

Offers superior resistance to flex-fatigue in peristaltic pumps and is heat-sealable. Maximum continuous service temperature is 135°C (275°F) and embrittlement temperature is –51°C (–60°F). Durometer hardness: Shore A, 60. Tensile strength: 1000psi.
