Sighting System Instruments Bore Foam Cleaner 10002 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, odorless and contains no ammonia. This SSI Cleaning Kit couldn't be easier. You know how important it is to keep your gun clean. Clean the powder residue that can collect in your bore sight by spraying this cleaning kit into the chamber until you see it come out the end of the barrel. This assures complete coverage. Once entire barrel is filled, let the Bore Foam Cleaner 10002 by SSI sit for 15 minutes and then give a few quick wipes with a gun cleaning rod and you're finished. This bore sight cleaner foam leaves a protective film which slows down renewed accumulation of simiar residues within the barrel. Follow bore sight and gun cleaning with normal procedure for basic lubrication and you're ready for another day at the range or long-term storage.
