Just returned from 12 days in Switzerland,Germany and Austria. Saw more than most thanks to my Steiner binoculars. Highly recommend them for the mountains as well as bird watching. Pros: small, quick focus, light Cons: none

I took these backpacking through Israel and saw some of the most beautiful things. Never really had any issues. Pros: great for long distance hikes, image is always nice and clear Cons: It can be a little tough to focus at times
