Tele Vue Imaging System Nosepiece Adapter RAD-1074 is a key component to the imaging system versatility on non-"is" scopes. This NosePiece Adapter slides into any 2" focuser and provides an "is" compatible mounting thread for the telescope accessories. By placing the Imaging System Nosepiece for 2" Focuser in your standard 2" drawtube, you open up your telescope to accept the 2.4" telescopes accessories and take advantage of the solid threaded connection. This TeleVue 2" Focuser Adapter lets you use the 0.8x reducer for NP Scopes (NPR-1073) with the 2" focusers of TeleVue NP-101 and NP-127 refractors. Televue 2 inch Focuser Adapter also lets you use the 0.8x Reducer for 102 Scopes (RFL-4087) with the 2" focuser of the TV-102 Refractor such as TeleVue-102 Telescope (WXC-4086) or TeleVue Renaissance 102 telescope (BXC-4086). The Nosepiece Adapter is made of black anodized aluminum with internal anti-reflection threads for maximum contrast.
