"I dont know where to begin, they have it so, new customer's, and people with different shipping an billing addresses have to go through this big drawn out conformation procedure, which is great for security, but absalutly rediculus for a timly delivery. after geeting past the FBI backround check, I had three deferent customer service reps give me three deferent shipping dates. one told me the item was coming from the manufacturer, another told me it was on back order, and the last person told me it would ship in 5 days, (mind you I payed $40 dollars for 2 day delivery), which of course was nonrefundable and could not be changed. so needless to say I was pretty surprised when the item showed up only 4 days after I placed my order. the item was great, but I would have to rate OPTICSPLANET AS THE MOST UNORGANIZED AND MOST DIFFACULT COMPANY I'VE EVER INCOUNTERED."

"OpticsPlanet.com is an unusual merchant with which to do business. Their selection is excellent and their customer service can be excellent as well. However, they seem to advertise many products which they do not have in stock. Twice I have ordered stuff only to have it backordered without any clear indication when my order may arrive. This is particularly troublesome because OpticsPlanet does nothing to keep you informed about possible arrival of the product. For example, the review I am submitting at this time is for a product which has not arrived and for which I have not been updated. Nevertheless, I was able to select exactly what I wanted to order, and I was able to customize the order as I wanted. I think OpticsPlanet needs to do a better job of keeping their customers informed with regard to the progress of their orders. I would love an update on when I can excpect to receive my product. Nevertheless, I continue to shop there because they do deliver the product eventually and they have an excellent selection."
