Ultra-lightweight laboratory solid tube furnaces are constructed using Moldatherm* ceramic fiber insulation. Moldatherm’s low thermal mass provides greater energy efficiency and exceptionally fast furnace performance. A 16-segment programmable controller provides independent programmable control of each zone and offers ramp and dwell settings. An advanced self-tuning feature automatically provides the best control parameter values during the furnace operation. Includes over-temperature protection through primary controller. Maximum temperature: 1100°C.
Ordering Information: Power cord and plug not included. Furnace 30761-190 includes one set of two 7.62 cm (3") tube adapters; furnace 30761-222 includes one set of two 15.2 cm (6") tube adapters. Optional tube adapters are available that allow furnaces to be used with multiple diameter process tubes; contact our sales representative. Process tubes not included. Optional RS-485 data connection port is available on all models; contact our sales representative.
