Trek Tech OptiMount Clamping Arm Kit 00095 bundles the flexible Optimount tool with a MagMount System to come up with the perfect way to mount an additional ball head down low. The Trek Technologies OptiMount is a clamping arm from Trek-Tech that can be used with TrekPods and other digital camera tripods to mount a camera, spotting scope, rifle rest or other camera tripod accessories anywhere on a tripod leg or tube. This Trek Tech Tripod Accessory can be used in conjunction with the Trek Tech MagMount, a ball head camera mount that incorporates Trek-Tech's unique magnetic mounting system to quickly mount / demount cameras and optical devices.

Together, these two systems make a highly flexible unit. Use this combination to mount a ball head down low for observing or taking pictures while sitting, or macro photography. It is the perfect solution for adding an additional place to mount a digital camera or range finder so that 2 devices or even two people can use the same tripod. You can mount your digital SLR camera on top and a spotting scope on the Trek Tech OptiMount for yourself or a friend, or attach flashes for additional camera lighting options.

The Trek Tech Optimount features a 1/4-20 threaded stud. It will mount anywhere on the upper or lower tripod leg tube of a Trek Tech TrekPod, and also on most camera tripod legs 0.56" to 1.16" in diameter.
