The Vixen Astrophotography Polarie Mount for Star Tracker Camera is a compact mounting platform that allows you to easily capture night-scapes and star images. This Camera Mount by Vixen attaches to a standard
camera tripod and can accept any digital camera 3.5lbs. The Vixen Polarie Star Tracker Camera Mount can be used as a polar scape for perfect alignment. Once set, the Vixen Polarie Astrophotography Camera Mounting System tracks the motion of the stars to eliminate "star trailing" on your images, resulting in sharp images of our universe. This Vixen Telescope Mount has no visible screws and although, not waterproof, it is designed to function admirably in most weather conditions. The Vixen Polarie Star Tracker Camera Mounting System has a compass system to orient your shot North, while the North Star alignment window points you toward Polaris.
