Systems are designed to provide fuel gas and support air to flame ionization detectors, flame photometric detectors, and total hydrocarbon analyzers. They provide both UHP zero air at purity levels below 0.05ppm total hydrocarbon content and hydrogen gas at purity levels above 99.9995% in one enclosure. Zero air is produced by purifying on-site compressed air. Pure hydrogen gas is generated by the electrolytic dissociation of water before passing through a desiccant cartridge. Systems increase the accuracy of analysis and reduce the need to clean detectors.
