All models of Wiley X Spear Ballistic Goggles come standard with Smoke and Clear Lenses. RX Insert are available: a blank RX adapter is standard for Wiley-X Spear Goggle SP28RX, and optional (could be purchase separate) for WileyX Spear SP28.
