Demco 5991 Hijacker Fifth Wheel Upgrade Kit For 21K Towing Capacity Stationary Hitch w/ Free Shipping

The Demco 5991 Hijacker Upgrade Kit is compatible with 16K UL- and SL-Series Hitches: #8550008, #8550009 and #8550029. The addition of these side load brackets to the UL- and SL-Series fifth wheel stationary hitches will boost the overall capacity rating of the hitch from 16,000 lbs. to 21,000 lbs. towing capacity. Loosely assemble complete fifth wheel hitch assembly and attach the 5991 braces, using fasteners provided in kit, to the side rails in front of and behind the hitch. Replace the 16K decals with the new 21K decals that are provided with the upgrade kit over top of existing decals. Lastly, tighten all bolts. This kit includes: four 0.50 flat washers (#00085), four 0.50NC x 1.50 bolts (#01254), four 0.50NC lock nuts (#02178) and two 21K braces (#14535-76).
