No, this must be used with the slide that is included with the Advantage Arms .22 LR conversion kit. The Glock 19 Gen 3 conversion kit can be found here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/advantage-arms-glock-19-23-22-lr-conversion-kit-w-10-round-magazine-and-range-ba.html

I have to amend my previous answer regarding the 2nd half of this question.
There actually IS an adapter underneath the thread protector. The adapter increases the barrel diameter so a standard 1/2 x 28 suppressor can fit onto the barrel.
The non-threaded barrel (7/16ths) and its corresponding hole in the adapter's .22 slide are too small to properly mate up with 1/2x28.
The adapter has a hex flange that fits a 5/8" socket and your suppressor shoulders up against the flange. The supplied thread protector then goes over the adapter.

It isn't actually an "adapter", it's a thread protector that the listing is mislabeling as an 'adapter'.
