It will not fit without an adapter. The P320 AXG Scorpion is machined to accept a Romeo1 PRO or Leupold Delta Point PRO. To install an RMR-pattern red dot like the Holosun 407/507 models requires an adapter that changes the mounting pattern of your slide.

The previous answer is incorrect. The P320 AXG is compatible with both Romeo1/DPP and Trijicon/Holosun footprint. An adapter plate to fill the gaps is recommended for the Holosun, but the holes in the slide are compatible with the Holosun.

Fit without an adapter plate on my p320 axg carry which has the same slide cut as the p320 scorpion, classic and equinox. The best set up I own and I have 6 Holosuns and multiple other red dots.
