The IWI Masada includes a plate designed to fit optics with the DeltaPoint Pro footprint. You would need to use that plate and modify it by removing the two rear lugs and shortening the front two. This will allow you to install this optic. However, this is a micro/carry optic that was not designed for full size handguns. I would much rather recommend full size optics like the Eotech EFLX, Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507 and more.

I proceeded as recommended by Ethan and the sight fit well to the adapter. I also added a small amount of Gorilla glue between the sight and the adapter (but not between the adapter and the slide) for added security. Regarding the design not made for a full size gun, quite frankly, the size looks perfect for the Masada. We'll see if I change my judgment after some range time.
