The LAG Tactical Defender Holsters model 3013 should work for an XDS MOD2 with an optic.

Will this work with a sig 1911 tacops?

LAG Tactical does offer a model for Sig 1911's however we do not carry it at this time. Most Sig 1911's including the TACOPS model have a more squared slide profile that a traditional 1911 so a standard 1911 holster will not fit.

will it handle a Sig P-320RX full size 9mm?

Yes, item 2078 and 2079 will fit the full size P320RX, however they will not fit the gun with an optic mounted on it.
