Will this fit a Chiappa M9 9mm?

The Meprolight Beretta M9 & 92 Tru-Dot Front Night Sight should work with the Chiappa M9 but I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

They will not fit if that gun has a dovetail front sight.

Is this rear sight compatible with and will line up with the built-in non-removable front sight on a 92FS INOX Full Size?

Unfortunately that will not line up with the fixed front sight. Night sights are always a tad taller due to needing space for the tritium lamps in the sights. This would result in your point of impact being off.
