You do not need to purchase 2 separate Otis Technology Defender Series Cleaning Kits. You can purchase the 9mm cleaning kit MPN:FG-901-9MM. The only thing that wouldn't work is the bore snake for cleaning the barrel. But you can always just buy a bore snake specifically for .223/5.56 for pretty cheap.
