Is red dot a direct fit on a Glock 43x Mos

The GLOCK G43X has our SHIELD Footprint cut directly into the slide so all our pistol based optics will fit without the need for an interface plate.

Yes, the Shield Sights Compact Reflex Mini Red Dot Sight mounts directly to the 43X MOS without the need for an adapter plate.

Will this co-witness on a gen 5 Glock 19

It will if you are using our SHIELD Low profile mounting plate on the MOS System and standard height irons. If you are using the Dovetail fitment plate then it will sit a bit higher as the plate will be on top of the slide and need suppressor height irons.

There are 3rd party manufacturers that do make a plate for the PMR30 with our SHIELD Footprint but we don't offer one made by us.
