Yep. I have an M 18 with a Wilson combat grip module, and this will fit perfectly.

Yes, the SIG SAUER XRAY3 P320 9mm Spectre Complete Threaded Barrel Assembly will accept the Sig Romeo 1 Pro directly to the slide without the need for an adapter plate.

Yes, the SIG SAUER P320 Spectre Comp Complete Barrel Assembly will be compatible with your P320 M17 frame and FCU. This is a complete slide assembly, meaning all you will need to do is remove your original slide, replace it with this one and you will be good to go.
