Purchased this scope, having a few issues with getting it going, but Rod Gerard was very helpful in getting us a resolution. Hoping to get it working and use it for this season.

I have bought multiple atn 4k pro scopes. I've had a problem with 2 of them and atn always cover them and make it right. The last time I emailed them and a guy named Rod Gerard emailed me back quickly and handle it with ease!

It is a very good scope. Very clear night and day. Easy to focus and to adjust the power.

I have only used the scope about 5 different times. It was amazing, what I could see with the thermal. But then the view began to freeze up. I could turn it off and it would reboot. That didn’t work for long and it became very difficult to turn on or off. I called the salesperson several times with no response. I called the main ATN number and Rod Gerard answered. He was very helpful in troubleshooting the issues I was having with the scope. He sent me instructions to try reinstalling the firmware. Unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the issues. After reporting the problems to Rod he asked me for information including my sales receipt. He then sent me a prepaid shipping label. Rod was very professional and prompted in his handling my case. Hopefully ATN can fix or replace my scope. Thanks Rod,again for your service and professionalism.

I have had some problems with my scope so I contacted ATN about getting it fixed. I was communicating with Rod Gerard and he was very helpful and prompt in getting the situation resolved. No haggling about anything, just a guy that is here to help the customer. That's all I want when I have a problem with something I buy.

Very clear picture and easy setup. Perfect for dusk, dawn, and nighttime shooting. Had an issue with the battery in the cold and the sd card wasn’t ejecting properly but Rod Gerard made it easy to file an expedient warranty claim. Great customer service!
