This is a great pouch for holding spent magazines. There is a nice velcro retention strap that you can fold over for extra security. There's no leg strap to secure the bag down, so it may bounce a bit when you run, but it's no big deal. The magazines stay in so it's a a great value overall.
Pros: Simple to use, magazines stay in
Cons: Can't really secure it to leg
