Odin Works went and engineered what I had always envisioned a flashlight mount should be. This mount locates the light very close to my handguard for a minimal profile and easy access to all install screws after mounting. All parts feel of high quality and tighten down very solidly. I use duct tape to wrap around whatever small flashlight I have to get a close fit, then fasten the mount over it. I wish they'd work out a picatinny version.

I just received this, attached it, and it's as ideal as I hoped. I use the Gradus main grip on two rifles (and the excellent RAPS stock), and this lightweight rubber textured "mini" grip perfectly accents those and feels excellent. I tend to not wrap my thumb around a forward grip, and this accommodates that perfectly.

All the Gradus grips look a little funny, but feel fantastic.

The only drawbacks might be it requires assembly of the M-Lok components and has no instructions, but that would only impact completely inexperienced M-Lok users. It does include a long Allen wrench for assembly.

The AR platform is great, but the typical charging handle arrangement sucks. This pretty much fixes it as best as could be expected. My nice Geissele and Radian charging handles will be laid to rest. Even though the action is not quite as smooth as a Geissele or Radian charging handle, it's totally worth it for being able to have side charging.

The "forward-mount" version works excellently with my new POF Rogue .308 with canted precision mount & Strike-Eagle 1-8, though I had to work it a lot to wear it down for a smoother action (that's the Rogue I believe). I think I'll need the "mid-mount" version for my 5.56, as that uses a fore-mounted green-dot and rear-mounted x3 magnifier.

I'm pleased enough to order more. If you want a side=charging handle, it's a well-designed system and I believe it's the only game in town for now. Lucky it works so well!
