They look really good, but....they don't work right

These binoculars were highly rated by most reviewers, that's why I ordered them. Apparently I got the pair that missed the QC check at the factory. Individually, each eyepiece works fine, and the image is sharp and clear. HOWEVER the 2 images do not line up, at any distance or zoom setting. They give you a 'double vision' effect. They work great if you only look through one eye at a time, but if I wanted that I would have bought a monocular or a spotting scope. I requested an RMA which I have printed, and will be re-packaging them and returning them today. Now I get to see how Optics Planet handles returns.

Seems well made, definitely big enough for my hunting gear. Handles on both ends, plus center carrying handles. Interesting digital camo pattern.We'll see how the zipper holds up, it is not metal. That's about the only thing I don't like.
