Nowhere on wilson combats page does it tell you the make their gas port length a A DIFFERENT LENGTH then the standard ar15/10 platforms. After purchasing this barrel for a new build and not being able to get it to cycle correctly was frustrating and couldnt figure out where i had gone wrong. I purchased a rifle length gas tube (aero m5) for my aero rifle w wc bbl and turns out the standard ar15/ar10 lemgth is 15.125” and their barrel is built for a specific 15.5” tube that WC and a couple other companies produce.

Let me get this straight, im not mad that WC made their barrel this way (although would have rather the norm), im mad that NOWHERE does it say this. The only thing they make clear is that this barrel is a “rifle” length barrel and that if you have any issues WC wont help you. To be clear, they have barrels on their site that tell you the length gas tube and they didn’t do it here. Why is beyond me…

I own many many WC products and after wasting hours of my life and a bunch of ammo i will not be buying WC products again because i have lost trust in them.
