I purchased an "in stock" Element Titan scope, which took 2 weeks before I received a tracking number. Once the optic finally arrived, opening the box was a huge disappointment. The fast focus eye piece and lens were laying in the bag not attached to the scope. The parallax adjustment knob locks up and doesn't turn, when you can get it to turn it doesn't adjust anything. The illumination battery was already installed, and the zero stop was already engaged. All of these flaws indicate that the optic has either been returned already as defective, or Element Optics does not have any quality control whatsoever with their Chinese line of scopes. The optics box had damage on it that was not on the outer shipping box indicating that someone packaged up a damaged box and shipped it like that. I am completely unimpressed with both companies and will likely never do business with either again. This isn't the first time that Optics Planet has sold a supposed "in stock" item that they don't have in stock. Altogether one of the worst optics purchasing experience to date. Will stick to buying direct from companies like Athlon, nightforce, Leupold etc.
