The Blade-Tech nano holster secures the full size 45 xdm inside the waist band and is comfortable. The holster fits the large frame automatic pistol with its 5.25 inch barrel and is very concealable. This is the first production holster I have found that is designed for the Springfield Armory 45 XDM with the 5.25 inch barrel.
