Fits the gun perfectly with my tlr-6, very comfortable and easy to adjust. Can be worn in multiple positions. If you do upgrade to a threaded barrel, there are two kydex parts at the barrel end of holster that can be dremeled for the barrel to fit through. But if you have a stock or flush fitting barrel then no worries about the fit.
