Holosun aro-mrs-gr - Holosun ARO MRS Advanced Rifle Optic 1x22mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

Really digging the aesthetic of this optic on an 11.5 pistol with fixed sights - especially after adding an aftermarket spacer with screws to bring it up to just under a 1.93 centerline height (1.63 + .23 spacer = 1.86 optic centerline).

It seems Holosun decided to change the bit size of the screws for the battery tray (finally) to hopefully prevent any stripping, although they have included an additional battery tray + screws just in case, which is a plus!

I've also determined - if my math is correct - that the difference in height between the base/MRS version of the ARO and the 503g (or any non-solar, no-battery-tray, CR2032-powered 403/503 series Holosun) is approximately 0.265 inches, or nearly 7mm (6.731mm). Just keep this in mind if you want to purchase aftermarket Aimpoint Micro mounts - for example, an ARO on a 1.93 mount will bring the height to 2.19/2.20.

The only complaint I have, and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the reticle is slightly tilted to the left by a few degrees.
By no means does it make the option unusable, but it is definitely noticeable and will probably bother you for a bit until you get used to it, especially if you have a fixed front sight that would be within the optic window at all times. Otherwise, Holosun has outdone themselves compared to the 403/503 series!
