Great Scope for Ultimate Bench Rest shooting
Great scope with excellent glass...gathers more light than my 50mm with better clarity. The very fine crosshairs and the 1/8 MOA target dot is just great for competition target shooting. Would have given 5 stars if not for the fact that Leupold charges $38 to $40 for a sunshade and does not make a scope cover large enough for this scope. Not the fault or the scope...just the mfg.

Leupold competition 40x45
Using on my 6BR custom benchrest rifle. Shooting short range benchrest. Bought on recommendation from a long time BR shooter. Also 5 of our club shooters use this scope. Couldn't ask for anything better. This is a great scope at a great value. Also you have Leupold's lifetime warranty with quick turn around service. Buy one, you won't regret it . Best deal is at Optics Planet.

Leupold Competion Series 40x45 scope
Really liked the side focus and the clarity. Excellent. Scope. Liked so much have ordered two more. No problems with. Would like to see the scope offered in a glossy finish.
