Great scope the best waranty and service - Rudolph Optics Hunter H1 4-12x50 Rifle Scope

Bought this scope last year for my grandson right before we went on his first paid hunt, sighted in well and had no problems in 2015 actually my grandson killed a 140 class buck at 200+ yards with his 300WM and this scope. Well this year 2 weeks before we are to go on another hunt we go back to the range to shoot and make sure things are all OK. MAJOR PROBLEM gun wont shoot any type of group at all, I looked at the scope then I noticed a dent and some scratches that had been painted over ( not there last year) I asked my grandson he fessed up he and a friend had been looking at the gun and dropped it scope first, his friend bent the ding back and the painted it over. I told him looked like he was a spectator this year and didn't think they would fix his mistake or get it back in time. Called the Rudolph office and told them my situation BOY WAS I WRONG they told me to send the scope back and they'd overnight me a replacement.
A total of 5 day later I had the new scope in my hands and we were able to get it mounted and sighted before our hunt
