I own an original P220 SAO with threaded bbl. I managed to shoot this barrel out in competition. I have used SIG OEM barrels in the past and always found them to be drop in ready without any loss in accuracy. That still holds true with this bbl. I dropped it in the day after I received it and took it to the range for break in. It shot perfectly and consistently. The action and operation was smooth and flawless.
