As far as hearing protection at the range these work well. The mic/audio are almost too much for me. These pickup a lot of ambient sounds around you that I find annoying and distracting when shooting even with the volume turned down. If you are using these for hunting want to hear every little sound, these would be great. I might just use these for when I am on RSO duty. Still prefer my Howard Leights, just spend $20 to swap the foam pads for gel and still way cheaper then these.
