P365 holster scratching the slide! - Tacticon Armament Deep Concealment Pistol Holster w/ Mag Holster

The screws that hold the Belt clip onto the kydex holster scratched my Sig p365 after 2 practice draws. I contacted tacticon and they told me that they couldn't replicate the malfunctioning I was seeing and then I sent a video to show what was happening. They said that I draw the weapon at an angle and that's why its scratching. So they blamed it on me for drawing the weapon at an angle. The site says will not scratch your firearm. But it does! All that is needed is something to cover the screws. I put gorilla tape over the screws hoping that Tacticon Armament would have a solution for this when I contacted them. The solution was that they offered to replace or give a refund still doesn't fix the scratches on my new gun. Not happy! Not happy at all! It would be perfect if the screw thing was fixed. But the major scratch is disappointing to say the least! The site won't Let me say what I really want. Use your imagination!
