Typical Timney Quality

This a very nice drop in trigger as usual from Timney. It is crisp, and the reset is good if being used for tactical reasons. It has increased the accuracy of the rifle by quite a bit.

Failure and full auto?

Scary and entertaining. Installed in both 17 and 16. First trigger in 16… worked for a while well, then would have to charge and eject round to fire. Replaced, works okay. On scar 17…. Holy balls, this trigger crested unpredictable 3-5 round bursts on my semi scar. Replacing with geissele super scar trigger.

Huge improvement

Dropped in 16s. Massive improvement to stock trigger. Install was easy. Trigger is crisp. Short reset. Wish it could be adjustable. Haven’t tested pull weight yet, but feels fine and material upgrade from what we started with!

Nice Trigger

My friend and I both have SCAR17’s, he purchased this trigger while I tried another cheaper brand. Mine needed adjusting constantly and then turned into an “Irish” trigger. Every time I pressed it the thing went to Dublin. So I broke down and bought the Timney and it’s pretty awesome. Easy to install, crisp constant trigger break. Exactly what I was looking for all along.

Crisp clean break and fast reset

This trigger is a good balance between a combat trigger and a target trigger. It pulls at 3.5 pounds with almost no creep and breaks clean. The fast reset makes double taps effortless and on target. The curve on the trigger may not agree with some at first but after i shot the rifle with gloves I came to love the thing. Very nice to shoot with gloves. It is a worthy improvement over the factory trigger and very easy to install. It took me about 10 minutes from start to finish and i have never had the receiver apart before instaling this unit.

  • Hammer spring seems light but functions every time

Timney SCAR Trigger

I have become a huge fan of Timney triggers; especially the "drop-in" models. If I can install them, anyone can. I know they're not cheap, but in my opinion, they're worth every nickel. This is my third Timney trigger, and each one has been a huge improvement over the factory unit. I wish that they would make one for my Browning Gold shotgun. Superior product...great price...fast delivery...I'm completely satisfied.

Timney Trigger for a Ruger AR 10 in 308

Ordered trigger early June. When it arrived in later July it was for a different rifle. I called for a correction of the order. Was
supposed to receive a return label--not in my shipment. Have not received refund for the incorrect order. With all this have not
had a chance to test it. Looks good and feels good.

Scar 17 trigger

Excellent trigger very crisp breaking point and very light pull. Trigger group is all in 1 package so drops in very clean and extremely easy to install. Also seems almost bulletproof as far as build quality goes. Very nice trigger!
