This holster was not made for my Ruger 22/45 but I was on youtube and saw that it would work for me. Now that I have it I see that yes it is a perfect fit for my 22/44 with a red dot an suppressor. I got Uncle Mike's Kydex Paddle Holsters #30 at a great price too. If you want a holster for you Ruger this one worked for me.
