Let me start with I had low expectations based on the reviews I read on the OP site. I was not 100% sold on ordering from Optics Planet. I had never really heard of them before and had a hard time believing they had the item I wanted in stock and for less than others (who didn’t have it in stock) wanted. I read the 2 available reviews on the site and it didn’t excite me. I read other reviews about OP and many talked about excessive wait times and delivery delays. I did not need this right away and figured I could cancel if things really got out of hand. I ordered this cooler seat on 9/20 and received it on 9/25. Even when I saw the shipping info I remained skeptical since I saw reviews about incomplete items being delivered. Well it showed up and everything was as it should have been. Optics Planet in my experience is legit. Now on to the product. The cooler seat was meant to be a replacement for an old beat up version of the same thing. I really like the versatility the seat offers. One of my favorite things to do is anchor up in a canal flip the seat so I can rest and put my feet up by the motor and have a drink with a line in the water. With the new the cushions aren’t torn and flattened and offer way more support than before. I’m really happy with the improvements to the boat with just the new seat. ...

Only half of the product came in the box?I ordered a cooler with a back that swings back-and-forth. But there’s no rods to anchor the back to the cooler nor is there any hardware to do that. So it’s on usable and I’m on my second day now and I have not heard any resolution.
