After trying dozens of leather holsters, we couldn't find any that we loved, so we created our own. Enter the Independence, our premium leather holster, specifically molded for the Glock 17. Designed by a master leather craftsman, 20 year Navy veteran, and IDPA competitive shooter, our premium leather holsters are hand-crafted in the USA using the highest quality vegetable-tanned leather from patriotic cows. Each leather holster is custom-tailored to your specific handgun for perfect fit and strong retention. The Independence uses a proprietary design to maximize retention, comfort, and ease of use. Featuring a double-layer shell, The Independence offers unparalleled rigidity, retention and protection against holster wear on your firearm. The inside layer is grain-side to protect your gun from the wear and tear caused by normal leather holsters. In addition, the OWB holster features a "tail fin" that pushes the firearm against your body to reduce printing. The rear belt-loop is made of a reinforced pvc-coated ballistic nylon and easily snaps open for quick deployment.
