The self-igniting butane soldering iron has a light weight, compact design that is perfect for use in the workshop, garage, or even a professional environment. Because this butane soldering iron is ESD safe, you don't need to worry about ruining your electronic's components because of static discharge. Plus, it has a gas capacity of up to one hour of continuous use. Refill in less than 20 seconds to stay on the job, and the tool can be used as a mini-torch with the purchase of an attachment. The Butane Soldering Iron by Weller also contains an automatic cut-off switch when the safety cap is replaced for safety.
