Drops in perfectly and .40 cal ammo is harder to find also more expensive. I would/will spend the little bit of extra money to get a Glock 9mm extractor and a lighter recoil spring to enhance reliability. This will be used for competition only.

Your Glock 35 will fire accurately and dependably with the Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 35 Conversion Barrel installed. These Pistol Barrels from Lone Wolf Arms are constructed from 416 stainless steel (416SS) with a button rifled three-stage honed bore. The Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 35 Conversion Barrel w/ 9mm Threads is a drop-in fit that allows for drop-in installation, and the barrel's Salt Bath Nitride (SBN) coating increases its hardness to RC 60, which is the premium coating grade of the barrel. Since the barrel is heat treated to RC 40-42 with a Salt Bath Nitride (SBN) coating, the surface of the barrel will be RC 60 hardness or better. Enhance your barrel with the Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 35 Conversion Barrel w/ 9mm Threads and convert your Glock from .40 S&W to 9mm.
